Appointment times have been reserved for you only. As a result, reschedule requests are accepted up to 24 hours prior to the lesson. Non-emergency cancellations are not subject to refunds regardless of time of notice. Please let me know if a schedule is missed due to unpredictable situations such as power outages, emergencies involving hospitalizations, etc.
